AYP's Mentorship Scheme was launched in 2016 with a view of helping our members with their careers and entrepreneurial journeys. With sixteen mentors spanning a wide range of industries and backgrounds, there is no shortage of experience for our young professionals.

1 Choosing

Starting your journey as a mentee is about finding the right mentor, and seeing what works for you. Whether you're looking for someone with keen business acumen, an artistic flair, or just someone you feel gels well with you, AYP can find you the mentor you're looking for.
2 Planning
Once you've found the right mentor, it's time to make a plan!
Together with your mentor you will map out what your next milestones will be and how to get there, with regular meetings that suit your pace.
3 Growing
